CTCBA is Seeking SME Guest Speakers & Panelists

CTCBA is actively looking for SMEs to volunteer their time as guest speakers or as a panelist to share their expertise on HR, Compensation and Benefits trends and topics at these events.

If you are interested in becoming a guest speaker for us please complete the Webinar Speaker Proposal and submit your completed form to admin@ctcba.org.  Our lunch & learn events are either in person or can be done in a webinar event. Both methods should last up to an hour to 90 minutes including time for Q & A at the end.

Once your proposal is submitted, a CTCBA board member will contact you to discuss it further. Should your proposal be a fit for our educational program (via webinar or hopefully at an in-person luncheon event) we will plan an agreeable timetable. We will also coordinate social media items such as your headshot photo (jpg format), bio, introduction, slides, and polling questions, if applicable.

Please note that being a CTCBA speaker is a volunteer opportunity. In addition to committing to presenting, CTCBA will promote the event in social media and asks that you also share your presentation event in your social media outlets. We're looking for speakers with topics in our profession  including Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and that  could qualify for HRCI and SHRM credits.

We look forward to coordinating the lunch and learn event with you. We appreciate your interest and willingness to speak to our members as you give back to your profession.
