Shala Sturgeon has provided strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of HR and organizational development throughout her career in human resource management. Her expertise includes employee relations, performance management, total compensation and benefit programs, leadership development, succession planning, forecasting and budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate community involvement, as well as recruiting new talent. Shala has 18 years of combined experience in strategic HR and recruiting through her roles at Kaye/Bassman International Corp., McLane Company, Inc., and CGI. She joined BKCW Insurance two years ago as Director of Human Resources, and began HR oversight for Zip Cleaners following a company acquisition last November.
