Call it boardroom etiquette, presentation technique or strategic positioning, I am sure that you will find the tips useful.

There is sufficient evidence to show that executive leadership needs and wants HR business partners that contribute and add value to the organization and the bottom line. Adding value to an organization requires competency, knowledge, understanding, strategy, leadership, collaboration, and a sense of purpose and initiative to want to contribute at the highest levels. Adding to the bottom line in an organization is complex and requires a working understanding of: Quantitative and Qualitative concepts that apply to and affect the business and the workforce; Vision and strategic outlook, Financial and operational acumen; Agility; and A heavy dose of listening, courage, perseverance, sense of humor and luck.

By attending this presentation, participants will be provided key information on the many attributes required to be a highly effective leader, strategy planner, operational and financial business partner and collaborator and how these attributes contribute and add value to their organizations and to the bottom line.

Three main learning objectives participants will walk away with as a result of attending this session include.

  1. A clear understanding of the Price of Admission to acquire a seat
  2. A working knowledge of the key leadership and business tenants that makes an effective leader and business strategist
  3. An understanding of why it is important to ask good business questions in order to identify key issues, concern and pain in the organization, to be agile and to know how this knowledge can lead to key business initiatives that drive an organization to excellence.
