She was known as the “fixer”, the person who could provide solution-based strategies to unsolvable issues both inside the company, across industries, and with her clients.
Darlene is the Founder and Chief Leader of the AMAZING Women Alliance, a group of high achieving women who meet monthly to inspire, motivate and support each other to achieve their goals. A published author, Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) through Coaches Training Institute, (CTI), completed the one year Leadership Program at CTI, and Darlene is on the Faculty of Organizational Coaching at CTI, and is Certified through International Coaching Federation (ICF).
