Sr. Benefits Specialist/Total Rewards Analyst

We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst (TRA) to help create an impact on how we attract, engage and retain top talent through our compensation, benefits, and equity programs. The TRA assists in the development and administration of consistent pay and benefit standards within the company. The TRA partners with the CHRO to design and explore new total rewards programs that align with company culture, compensation philosophy, and business goals; monitors and scans the external market to understand trends and “next practices” in total rewards and brings them to the HR team.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Analyze, design, and administer employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, bonuses, reward and recognition programs, and commissions that align with company objectives in recruiting, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Assist with the design and maintenance of a Job Architecture, which will provide job attributes for each position within the organizational structure and will align with the pay grades, accurate compensation data, and guidelines to keep the company competitive in the marketplace.
  • Research, analyze, evaluate, and administer company benefit plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy.
  • Assist with benefits administration, benefits analysis, and trending as well as coordination of the company’s annual benefits open enrollment.
  • Manage a competitive 401K plan, which includes Plan Administrator duties, ongoing compliance, reporting and filing requirements.
  • Assist in Compliance management such as ACA, 5500 Reporting, and Annual Retirement Plan Audit.
  • Assist with HRIS business processes, specifically Core HR and Compensation.

Technology skills:

  • HRIS/HCM Experience preferably Paycom
  • Payfactors experience or equivalent
  • Microsoft Suite & Teams
  • intermediate to advanced Excel skills including the ability to create formulas, charts, graphs and pivot tables.

Education and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, in a reporting or analytical capacity
