Wilson Stoker, Principle, Jackson Lewis

Wilson Stoker will provide a legal update regarding significant changes to the scope of policies and agreements that companies may have with employees.  This will include a discussion of national trends and legislation restricting restrictive covenants, non-competes and non-disclosure agreements.   Wilson will also provide an update on best practices for drafting employer policies resulting from NLRB decisions that are changing the landscape for employee handbooks and policies, as well as approved language regarding confidentiality agreements and severance agreements.

Board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Wilson is sought by employers for his practical, proactive advice and to work with management to resolve day-to-day personnel issues. He frequently conducts workplace training, providing compliance assistance in all areas, including harassment investigations, auditing human resources practices, handbook policies and general counsel advice.
