Metha Vasquez is a life and leadership coach, with a twenty-year background as a Human Resources Executive in a variety of industries and global roles. Holding director and vice president roles in Fortune 500, world class organizations, and start-up firms; Metha’s areas of expertise include talent acquisition and talent development across diverse cultures and backgrounds. She has served on for-profit and nonprofit boards dedicating much of the last twenty years to helping others in the community.

Metha graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Houston. She obtained her master’s degree in business from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. She holds two national Human Resources certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and one international Human Resources certification (GPHR). She is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

Metha resides in the Texas Hill Country with her husband and son. Her passion is assisting organizations and individuals in meeting and exceeding their mission and professional goals. Metha currently serves on the board of Austin SHRM, assisting the community in re-employment and skill development initiatives.
