He serves as the subject matter expert on teleMFM for several national organizations, and is focused on finding innovative ways to increase access to care for pregnant women in resource-limited settings. Sean Kelley offers insight into the healthcare industry and how his organization can help as it is  disintermediating the healthcare market by direct contracting with non-traditional payers to deliver the highest quality healthcare at fair, all-inclusive, transparent prices.

Dr. Sina Haeri, MD, MHSA

Sina Haeri is double board-certified in obstetrics & gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine. He serves as the subject matter expert on teleMFM for several national organizations, and is focused on finding innovative ways to increase access to care for pregnant women in resource-limited settings.

Dr. Haeri completed his residency training in obstetrics & gynecology at Georgetown University and Washington Hospital Center, fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at UNC Chapel Hill, and a fellowship in anatomic pathology and laboratory medicine at UCLA.


Sean M. Kelley


Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Texas Medical Management (formerly Texas Free Market Surgery)

Over 25 years of business experience as founder and owner and more a 15 years of experience in healthcare inspired to co-found and lead a disruptive healthcare provider, Texas Medical Management.  In his company’s model, doctors win, patients win, and employers/payers win.

Sean received his MBA and BBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and an MS in Technology Commercialization/Entrepreneurship from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.  From 2010-14, he was a founding member of the Healthcare Initiative Advisory Board at the McCombs School.
