Mr. Bramall has over a decade of HR experience in corporations, including roles in talent, compensation, workforce planning, people analytics, HRIS, recruiting and benefits administration.  He has managed projects including developing a strategic workforce planning tool, designing job architecture aligned with compensation and talent programs, developing talent process dashboards, and deploying new people-related processes. 

Mr. Bramall is one of Mercer's compensation experts in leading edge pay-for-skills program and has led projects to refine company compensation programs and strategies, including market benchmarking studies, compensation strategy reviews, salary administration guideline development, job architecture and build, and incentive plan design.
