As Director of Human Resources for Ferrovial Construction US Corp., Kyle Swartz, SPHR and SHRM-SCP, is responsible for human resources activities among more than 1,100 employees in six states in the United States and one province in Canada for Ferrovial Construction, the civil engineering design and construction division of Ferrovial S.A., headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Before starting with Ferrovial Construction US Corp. as Human Resources Director in May 2012, Kyle spent 10 years in key human resources leadership positions after serving in a variety of other professional roles in public relations, marketing and business development capacities. Kyle also volunteered two years of his time to teach 4th grade students in a Chicago, Illinois in the early 1990s. Kyle and his wife of 20 years have four children and live near Austin, Texas.
