In your role, you have a high degree of influence and impact on organizational success.  Departments and individuals that send the message, “I am worthy of your trust” outperform those that do not.  Because “trust” is such an intangible element, people do not consider the impact of low trust in organizations.  During this meeting, we will explore the concept of “trust” – what it really means and how it is the foundation of success.  This one component can help you and your teams get that necessary advantage in today’s competitive marketplace.

Objectives:

  • Explore Your Impact Map to Drive Elevated Trust
  • Learn about the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
  • Discover How You Can Personally Impact Trust on your Team
