Current opportunities are:
Survey - Members of the Survey committee plan and direct the preparation, marketing, and distribution of the annual Austin Area Pay and Benefits Survey through a third-party provider.
Programs - Members of the Programs committee plan and carry-out CTCBA's educational opportunities for meeting speakers, workshops, and ACA certification courses for the Pay Professional, Benefits Specialist, HR Generalist, and Senior Management career tracks
Member Services - Members of the Member Services committee coordinate and communicate services for members in the High Tech, Service, Government, Healthcare, and other industries.
Finance - Members of the Finance committee oversee the budgeting and financial activities for CTCBA in accordance with general accounting principles and sound banking practices.
Administration - Members of the Administration committee oversee this web site, the CTCBA newsletter, and other official business of CTCBA.
