CTCBA Sub-Committees
Sub-committees offer an excellent opportunity to network and also to serve your colleagues
with volunteered time and skill. If you are interested in serving on any of the following subcommittees, please contact the presiding vice president, listed above.

Current opportunities are:

  • Survey - Members of the Survey committee plan and direct the preparation, marketing, and distribution of the annual Austin Area Pay and Benefits Survey through a third-party provider.
  • Programs - Members of the Programs committee plan and carry-out CTCBA's educational opportunities for meeting speakers, workshops, and ACA certification courses for the Pay Professional, Benefits Specialist, HR Generalist, and Senior Management career tracks
  • Member Services - Members of the Member Services committee coordinate and communicate services for members in the High Tech, Service, Government, Healthcare, and other industries.
  • Finance - Members of the Finance committee oversee the budgeting and financial activities for CTCBA in accordance with general accounting principles and sound banking practices.
  • Administration - Members of the Administration committee oversee this web site, the CTCBA newsletter, and other official business of CTCBA.
