Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs and processes. The Compensation Analyst will assist with the implementation, administration and maintenance of Compensation programs, policies and procedure; plans and direct decisions about employee pay, rewards and other forms of compensation. This role is primarily responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day activities, as it relates to preparing, processing compensation data, salary survey submission, supporting annual merit and incentive planning, job descriptions and pay analyses. Also responsible for maintaining standard frameworks and templates. The compensation Analyst reports to the Compensation and Benefits Manager.
