The following experience is desired:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent.
5+ years of increasing complex Compensation Analysis experience.
Financial analysis background and experience.
Microsoft Access and Excel skills a must.
Ability to obtain data from a variety of sources, determine accuracy of data, and provide an understanding of the details behind/for data.
Must possess strong process and analytical competencies.
Sales Compensation experience is a plus.

Project Timeline:

Qualifications:
Substantial experience performing job analysis and evaluation studies across a broad
spectrum of occupations and jobs, to include matching organization jobs to salary
survey jobs. Prefer knowledge of REWARD software. Prefer CCP.
Compensation:
