This internet-based survey, produced by WageAccess, includes over 900 benchmark jobs in 26 functional areas. The data is collected year-round and is updated quarterly. The Texas Compensation Alliance is a strategic partnership of Texas-based Compensation associations and Texas SHRM groups. Additionally, members of the Texas Association of Business also are encouraged to participate in this survey.
